We Wish You A Merry Christmas

Sounds Familyre is giving away a Christmas album this year. The label has been releasing songs from A Familyre Christmas Vol. 1 one at a time, starting back on December 10. There will be 13 songs in total from Danielson, Lenny Smith, Half-handed Cloud, Soul-Junk, Leopulde, Dan Zimmerman, The Singing Mechanic, Sufjan Stevens, Elin, Rachel, Ben + Vesper, Woven Hand and Joshua Stamper.

Sufjan’s contribution to the compilation is “We Wish You A Merry Christmas” and is available now. According to the Sounds Familyre web site, the song was “Recorded with Daniel, Elin, Lilly, and Ida at the NJ Recording Room over Thanksgiving Weekend (2007).”
