Site Upgrades 10/14/07

The site has undergone a long-overdue upgrade from a very old version of WordPress to the latest version. If you have any problems or find any errors please let me know. There is also a new sitemap page with a hierarchical list of all of the pages on the site (excluding all of the individual news postings).
